Updated Complete List MHADA lottery 2016 results: Check winners list, waiting list here

Your dream to own a home in Maharashtra will soon be a reality. The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on Wednesday announced the results of lottery for 4,275 affordable homes in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) under Konkan Housing and Area Development Board.

The lottery was held at Rangsharada auditorium in Bandra.

The lottery will release 183 flats in Thane (164 in Kavesar, 19 in Balkum), 310 at Mira Road, 3,755 in Virar, 27 in Vengurla.

The sizes of the flats are not very big the small flats sizes are of 368 sq feet and 670 sq feet.765

MHADA will hand over the flats to lucky applicants by April.
